Founded in 2018 by Jason Cheperdak, the Shepherd Homes Group has grown from one full-time agent and a part-time assistant to 23 realtors and a concierge support staff of 14. As one of the fastest growing teams in the country, SHG is on track to sell more than $250 million this year and was ranked nationally in Real Trends Top 1,000 Realtors list for 2023. 

SHG was founded on the principles of a Shepherd, someone who guides and protects those they care for. SHG is boldly raising the bar of who a real estate agent must be in todays market place. Gone are the days of hiring a realtor who then delegates the work back to their client. 

SHG is ushering in a new era of concierge services for selling and buying with a comprehensive support staff and business partners that range from complementary legal counsel, estate planning, tax planning, home design, furniture selection, and custom renovation management as well as private financing solutions to help solve problems that others in the industry simply cannot. The team also leads the industry in international and domestic relocation specifically tailored to members of the military and government officials.
